Order & Delivery Information 

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase.

• Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday
• Residents of the Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland, this service may take an additional 2 days to reach you, under the ‘2 Day Offshore’ carriage. We do not ship outside of the UK.
• Has your delivery gone missing? Please wait up to 6 working days after ordering, then contact me on laura@chihuahuaworlduk.com or use the contact form here. Don’t forget to include your order number!
• PLEASE NOTE – we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at check out. If you have inputted your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, you will need to contact us here to notify us.

Delivery

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. We aim for orders to be shipped next working day but please allow 2-4 working days for orders to be shipped. This cost is calculated at checkout. 

Local Pick Up is Available – Monday to Friday between 11am – 5pm

• Local pick up is available from Chihuahua World UK Headquarters, please WhatsApp us on 07927127696 to arrange a day and time. Please make sure you quote your order number so we can pick your order before you arrive.

FREE Shipping

• Free UK delivery when you spend £99 or more. Please note that free delivery is only applied to orders where the final basket total is £99 or higher. Please be aware that applying discount codes to orders, may reduce your overall total to below £99 and therefore standard postage costs will be charged. If you have a voucher for £99 or more, you will also qualify for free shipping.
