This personalised heart shaped plaque is a great way to keep the memory of your cherished family pet alive.
Your personalised wording is UV printed onto a heart shaped slate plaque. The approximate size is 11cm x 11cm.
These are provided with an acrylic stake to help fix it into the ground and keep it in place.
Place your order then email admin@chihuahuaworlduk.com with your order number and name you would like.
The heart shaped plaque is made of slate so everyone will be slightly different, adding your wording will make a completely unique gift
For added longevity we will finish the plaque with an acrylic seal which also gives a silky satin finish.
